KISSINGER: He seems assailed by his chronic anxiety that no enterprise of his would ever come to a totally satisfactory ending. What happened to Nixon was a human tragedy. When I say tragedy, it doesn't mean that it wasn't undeserved... It was like one of those Greek things where a man is told of his fate and fulfills it anyway, knowing exactly what is going to happen to him.
